* At 6 PM Sunday The Stage Was 28.3 Feet.
* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Minor Flooding Is Forecast.
* Flood Stage Is 22. Feet.
* Forecast...The River Will Experience Slight Fluctuations Around 28.5 Feet Over
The Next Few Days.
